Made For You!

Join Our Wagon Family

The Electric Wagon was the brainchild of our founder, who saw an opportunity to change the way we think about motorized wagons. We wanted to find a wagon that would provide the heavy-duty lifting we needed around the shop while also offering the versatility to be mobile and help out families on the weekends with the kids, sports, and entertaining. So, we started looking at the possibilities in the American market, and there were not a lot of good options out there.

Gas-powered carts were too noisy for most of the places we wanted to go on the weekends and were far too heavy to be transported in the family SUV. At the same time, the battery-powered wagons on the market often lacked actual power and sacrificed much of their usability due to a heavy, clunky lithium-ion battery. So, we thought, why not start from the ground up and design an electric cart that could work for the 9-to-5 warriors and industry professionals? This is where our motto came from, and it could not be a better guiding light for our designers, engineers, and owners.

Our design process was extensive, and after examining every power method possible, we found the perfect solution: the 18–20-volt tool battery. It offered enough power to get the cart moving with our electric motors, a good amount of operation time, and the ease of swapping power units without having to stop was a game-changer. Today, we are proud to continue living by our motto and ensuring that our clients enjoy the best battery-powered cart in Ohio.

We built something useful, rugged, and smart—without overcomplicating it.

Built For Tough Jobs

During the testing and development phase we conducted at our Wauseon, Ohio, facility for the Electric Wagon, we knew we wanted to design a heavy-duty utility cart that could handle tough jobs. With a steel frame, industrial-strength chassis, and a powerful electric motor, the Electric Wagon has flourished in both indoor and outdoor facilities. From hauling landscaping material in the pouring rain to moving the kids' sports gear on a perfect summer morning, the Electric Wagon is the tried and tested cargo mover.

Designed For Versatility

When we designed the Electric Wagon, we created a versatile flatbed utility cart that would work well in both commercial and recreational settings. This versatility is at the heart of our design. It is why we chose to use 18-20 volt and 40 volt tool batteries to power our electric motor from any manufacturer, including Ryobi, DeWalt, and Milwaukee. Whether you are working a construction job or are looking to move inventory across a warehouse, the Electric Wagon is the versatile flatbed you can rely on, powered by the very tool batteries that you know and love.

Wagons That Go Where You Go

Our utility wagon is one of the most versatile tools that you can invest in. With a heavy-duty steel platform and durable chassis, you can trust that your Electric Wagon can be the workhorse when and where you need it. We designed this wagon to operate off-site while still being nimble enough to work in an industrial setting where space is at a premium. From parts to hay, the Electric Wagon is the utility flatbed that goes where you go.

From Farms to Construction Sites

The Electric Wagon is one of the best battery-powered carts for work here in Wauseon, Ohio. On the farm, you can use it to move feed, fencing, tools, and water across pastures and fields. While on construction sites, you can use it to move construction materials, tools, and even raw materials from site to site or from the truck to your workspace without breaking a sweat on a hot summer day. No matter your needs, the Electric Wagon is the heavy-duty cart that is perfect for industrial settings, farming, and any job site where you need a little extra muscle.

Tried & Tested for the Real World

The Electric Wagon was designed to flourish here in Ohio. We have tested our prototypes at more parking lots, beaches, sports fields, and warehouses up and down I-90 than we care to share. However, we did this for a purpose; we wanted to ensure that our Electric Wagon would function as we knew it could in the real world.

Whether it was seeing how our tires performed at Maumee Bay State Park or testing out the battery life of our electric motor with a 40-volt battery while moving landscaping equipment to and from a gravel parking lot, our engineers got so much real-world testing data that we started seeing numbers in our sleep. But the results are nothing short of amazing. The Electric Wagon is an engineering marvel that is set to change the way we think about wheelbarrows, carts, and wagons.

Where Power Meets Practicality

There is a lot that goes into developing an electric cart that will work in Toledo, Archbold, and Bowling Green. Users are looking for something that will last a full workday while also being able to haul hay, gear, or even parts. These demands are not simple to solve, and that is where the Electric Wagon comes in.

We designed the Electric Wagon to be where power meets practicality. We knew that, after years of testing, the best investment for our customers was to design an electric cart that catered to their needs. That is why our battery-powered cart is compatible with almost any tool battery, allowing you to charge your cart using the batteries you already have in your shop or workshop. We collaborated with some of the largest tool companies in Ohio, including DeWalt, Ryobi, and Snap-On, to ensure that they would work with our electric drivetrain. But what makes the Electric Wagon even better is that our electric drivetrain, powered by a 20-volt battery, is able to drive up to 500 pounds, and the easy swap out means you can run a full shift without slowing down to charge.

Electric Carts That Can Do It All

Whether you are looking to move mulch and plants for a landscaping job or need to haul feed for the horses in the pasture across the road, the Electric Wagon is the workhorse that you can trust to get the job done. We designed our battery-powered wagon for use in parks, schools, and even construction sites. Not only is the chassis built to withstand heavy loads, but the steel frame also allows our cart to withstand the punishment of moving pavers, tools, and blocks across yards and into dirty, uneven construction sites without so much as a scratch.

However, this cart does more than dominate work sites, as it is fully portable and can be the weekend warrior's best-kept secret. From moving the tailgating gear for the Rockets game to making a single trip to the ballpark a reality, our Electric Wagon is the perfect fit for any active family that loves to entertain, play, or celebrate.

Veteran-Owned Company

USA-Assembled Electric Wagons

We worked with American engineers and have hired a team full of true-blood Americans to design and test our wagon and accessories. In fact, we have spent the time to ensure that our entire supply chain is as American as possible. We utilize US steel and aluminum in our platform, and our electric motor is designed in the United States, incorporating as many US-based components as possible. On the assembly side, we assemble the entire Electric Wagon at our Wauseon, Ohio, facility, utilizing US labor. Frequently Asked Questions

Let's get down to business and roll out the answers you're looking for. If we missed a question you really need answered, give our team a call today.

  • What type of batteries does your next Electric Wagon use?

The beauty of the Electric Wagon lies in its versatility in terms of power. We had conducted extensive research to determine the best power source for our electric motor. Although some of our competitors opted for a heavy lithium-ion battery, we chose a more practical approach. Our Electric Wagon is powered by standard 18-20 volt or 40 volt batteries. The same batteries that you use around your home or worksite to power drills, lawn care equipment, and even your saws. So, whether you are a Snap-on family, a Milwaukee shop, or even an E-Go fan, whatever your preferred battery, it can fully operate our powerful and durable battery-powered wagon and utilize your existing charging systems.

  • How much weight can an Electric Wagon move?

The Electric Wagon is a beast of an electric cart, and we have tested its weight limits across various surfaces, including sand, gravel, and concrete. Overall, the cart can easily handle up to 500 pounds of dead weight without straining the battery one little bit. The chassis itself can take more, but for optimal operation, a 500-pound weight limit is best.

  • What are the specs of the Electric Wagon?

    Payload capacity - 500 pounds

Continual Run Time - 30 to 60 minutes when fully loaded, depending on the battery type

Power Source - 18-20 volt tool batteries

Drive System – Rear Wheel Drive with our powerful and durable electric motor

Controls - Thumb throttle with speed throttle

Steering - Front Caster and heavy-duty handle

  • What are the best use cases for the Electric Wagon?

The electric wagon is a true workhorse for those who know and love it. With its small wheelbase, powerful electric motor, and sturdy chassis, you will be hard-pressed to find a more nimble and easy-to-transport utility wagon for your home or business. Some of the best use cases for the Electric Wagon include: moving all of the gear you will need for the beach in a single cart, including towels, chairs, food, drinks, and even the beach umbrella; transporting pieces of scrap metal from one part of your facility to the scrap bin; and transporting construction or landscaping materials to support your latest backyard project.

  • Do you customize the electric wagon?

Yes, you can customize the Electric Wagon to suit your needs, whether you are a commercial or recreational client. As a utility cart, the Electric Wagon features several attachments that enhance its usability for users. This includes an umbrella attachment that can handle normal umbrellas, golf umbrellas and beach umbrellas, an extra battery attachment where you can store 18-20 volt batteries from DeWalt, Snap-on, Milwaukee, or any others, and a drink holder that can hold a Stanley, Yeti, or even an Owala.

  • Where is the Electric Wagon made?

The Electric Wagon is, through and through, a US product. We designed and assembled our battery-powered utility cart at our headquarters and thoroughly tested it in warehouses and parks in Toledo, Napoleon, and Delta. We wanted to make sure that every part of the wagon was perfect, from the rubber in the tires to the chassis and electric motor. Today, we are proud to assemble each Electric Wagon at our Wauseon, Ohio, facility, where we ship directly to clients in Ohio and across the United States, as well as to our trusted retail partners throughout the Ohio Valley.
