Our Wagon

Designed For You

The Electric Wagon was not something that was designed overnight and assembled in our Wauseon, Ohio, facility. Instead, we have spent years developing, testing and engineering our battery-powered utility cart. This cart has our blood, sweat and tears in it, and from initial designs to our current model, the Electric Wagon is truly a revolutionary piece of equipment that is going to change the electric utility cart industry here in Ohio and beyond.

When we were designing the Electric Wagon in Wauseon, OH, we wanted to provide our potential clients with a solution that was going to solve some of their problems. We identified a need for a small, nimble cart capable of handling larger loads on both the recreational and industrial sides of our business. What we have produced is a perfect blend of versatility and power, giving our clients a heavy-duty electric cart with innovative power solutions.

The Electric Wagon is not the first electric cart on the market, and it is not even the first battery-powered cart. But what it does offer our clients is a power system that works for their current set-up. What makes the Electric Wagon different is that it is powered entirely by third-party tool batteries. That is right, this powerful wagon, capable of running for two hours or more, gets all its juice from a standard 18-volt or 56-volt tool battery. Whether you are a Ryobi shop, Craftsman home, E-Go factory, or Milwaukee company, the Electric Wagon can be powered by your existing tool batteries without the need for a charging station or complex wiring. Literally, just plug and go, and that is something that our clients have absolutely loved.

Our Design Process

The Electric Wagon is a well-designed and meticulously engineered piece of equipment. We started out with the platform itself. Our heavy-duty flat deck is made of American steel and is the base on which we built the wagon around to excel in farming, commercial and recreational settings. Then we moved on to the electric motor and chassis. Our motor was designed here in the United States and focuses on maximizing the amps that we can draw from a standard tool battery. It translates that power to the chassis, which drives the wagon with ease. Our electric drivetrain system is one of the best in the industry, and with its efficiency comes raw power that is not expected from such a small battery.

We then looked at steering and opted for a more traditional wagon set-up with easy-to-use controls. Anyone can drive this cart, and its simplicity is what makes it ideal. Finally, we took the time to consider what clients would actually want in terms of features, and custom-designed our battery adaptor to work in any weather condition without sacrificing an ounce of power. Least to say, the Electric Wagon had every piece of it well-thought-out, and the result is one of the best battery-powered motorized carts in Ohio, if not the United States.

Our Wagon testing

During our design and engineering phase, we wanted to take the time to test out our wagon in a variety of settings and locations. We went everywhere in the Ohio Valley, including Toledo, Archbold, Lyons and even Sylvania. From testing our cart in warehouses to construction sites and even on the beaches of Luna Pier, our wagon was put through rigorous testing and passed with flying colors. Although some might think this was overkill, for our team, it was a necessity. The results were great, and it proved to our team and backers that the Electric Wagon was not just a cool prototype but a motorized wagon that was ready for prime time.
