The Electric Wagon

The Electric Wagon has been an amazing success since we launched our product line for the first time, and we cannot wait to see where it goes. It has taken us years to move from the development phase to retail, and it has been one heck of a ride for our owners and team. From the late nights going over plans to the first assembly, the Electric Wagon is our pride and joy, and seeing the first of our battery-powered wagons head out from our Wauseon, Ohio, facility was a thrill of a lifetime.

From prototype to manufacturing

Unlike some other companies in this niche, the Electric Wagon was developed in-house at our Wauseon, Ohio, facility. It did not use existing wagons as a base to build upon. Instead, we took the time to prototype and test our designs until we reached a point where we could confidently use the wagon as we envisioned it. It was not without its challenges and failures, but what we developed was a powerful utility cart that went above and beyond our expectations with an electric motor, heavy-duty flat deck and nimble chassis unlike any motorized cart before it. We are now working with our own supply chain to manufacture the components of the wagon, and we assemble it here in Wauseon using US labor.

As a proud Ohioan company, we have invested in our staff and community. We wanted to give our staff the opportunity to flex their creativity and bring new ideas to the design of the Electric Wagon. We recruited local labor, engineers and designers, and from the ground up, we built one of the best companies to work for in Wauseon with an amazing work culture from the factory floor to the executive suites. For our community, we love getting involved, and whether we are investing our time in community initiatives or providing a local youth sports team with a sponsorship, the Electric Wagon is a catalyst for a better Wauseon.

It was not an easy road for the Electric Wagon, and we have truly embraced the grittiness that Ohio is known for. We set out to develop, engineer and produce a new type of battery-powered wagon that would allow customers to choose their power source whether it be a tool battery from DeWalt, Milwaukee, E-Go or even Ryobi. The success of this revolutionary motorized cart has been so rewarding. We are proud to call Wauseon, Ohio, home, and with team members from Toledo, Adrian and Perrysburg, the Electric Wagon is an actual Ohioan product.

USA-Assembled Electric Wagons

Ever since we started testing our prototype, we knew that we wanted to be an American company through and through. We worked with American engineers and have hired a team full of true-blood Americans to design and test our wagon and accessories. In fact, we have spent the time to ensure that our entire supply chain is as American as possible. We utilize US steel and aluminum in our platform, and our electric motor is designed in the United States, incorporating as many US-based components as possible. On the assembly side, we assemble the entire Electric Wagon at our Wauseon, Ohio, facility, utilizing US labor. No cutting corners at Electric Wagon because we are a genuine American company that is proud to manufacture for the US market right here in the heart of the Ohio Valley. From design to assembly, we are proud to deliver an electric cart that Americans can be proud to own and showcase.

  • Where are Electric Wagons made? 

    The Electric Wagon is designed right here at our Wauseon, Ohio, facility. We also assemble every Electric Wagon that goes out the door at the same facility in the Ohio Valley using US labor from the surrounding communities, including Toledo, Liberty Center and Maumee. We also control our own supply chain and have multiple suppliers for our various components, including our chassis, electric motor and steel platform that prioritize the use of US components where possible.

  • Do you import any parts for the Electric Wagon?  

    Yes, we do import some of our parts that are on the Electric Wagon that are designed and engineered here in Ohio. Some of our suppliers do not have US-based operations and rely on global supply chains to source their components. We are working to find US-based suppliers for every component, but this will take time to find suppliers that meet our high standards.

  • Do you ship in the United States? 

    Yes, we are proud to ship the Electric Wagon throughout the United States using the United States Postal Service or one of our courier partners. We are currently offering free shipping on our Electric Wagon and any accessories that you choose to add to your order. The wagon comes pre-assembled but will require some basic assembly on arrival.  

  • Do you ship internationally? 

    At the moment, we are not shipping the Electric Wagon internationally. As a small business, we are focusing on the US market for now and may extend to the Canadian, Mexican or Australian market at some point. If you are an international customer, feel free to contact us for our current options for securing your own Electric Wagon.
