From simple questions about specifications to more complex inquiries regarding everything from financing to battery performance in specific situations, we appreciate each of these questions.   • What types of tasks can an electric wagon help with around my home or business?

    The Electric Wagon is truly a Swiss army knife in terms of usability. For your business, you can use it to assist with landscaping tasks, moving inventory in a warehouse or transferring parts from one part of the facility to another. Recreationally, our electric wagon, designed and assembled in Wauseon, Ohio, can transport sports gear, beach necessities, or even assist with a DIY project in or around your house. Anywhere you can use a powered wheelbarrow or cart, the Electric Wagon can do it better.  

  • How much weight can the wagon safely carry for landscaping, deliveries, or hauling supplies?

    The Electric Wagon can easily move up to 500 pounds of material. Our electric motor has been tested for more, as has our chassis and platform; however, for optimal use, the limit is 500 pounds.  

  • Can the wagon handle rough terrain like gravel, grass, or inclines?

    Yes, we designed the Electric Wagon to work indoors and outdoors. Our powerful electric wagon can handle gravel, grass and even sand. Inclines are not an issue either, as our motor spins up and moves your material with ease up and down ramps and over roots.  

  • Is the wagon suitable for indoor use in warehouses or workshops?

    Yes, the Electric Wagon is the perfect cart for moving inventory, parts, or even raw materials in warehouses and workshops. With easy and nimble steering, a small wheelbase, and quiet operation, our battery-powered heavy-duty industrial cart will be the best investment you can make for moving in and around facilities where space is at a premium.  

  • Can I customize the wagon with racks, bins, or tool holders for my specific needs?

    Yes, you can customize the wagon to your needs. We include a rubber mat and removable side panels, but you can also purchase additional accessories, including an extra battery mount, umbrella holder, and cup holder. We are always looking to add more accessories, so if you have a need, please let us know, and our design team will be happy to discuss it with you.  

  • How long does the battery last during typical daily use?

    This will naturally depend on the battery specifics, but our electric motor generally will drain your standard tool battery after 60 minutes of continual operation with full loads.  

  • What kind of charging setup is needed—can I use any brand battery?

    The beauty of the Electric Wagon is that it requires no charging setup. You can use an 18-20 Volt tool battery that you already have in your shop or garage. When checking out, we ask what type of tool battery you own to ensure that you get the correct adaptor on board, and that is it. You can use a Ryobi, E-Go, Milwaukee, Snap-On and even DeWalt!  

  • How does cold or hot weather affect battery performance?

    As a northern company, we understand that battery performance, particularly in winter, is crucial to our clients. It is why we spent so much time testing and validating data when developing the Electric Wagon. We tested our battery-powered wagon on construction sites and parking lots on the outskirts of Toledo and in Napoleon in the middle of winter, and also ran it in and out of a warehouse near Delta during a snowstorm. So, when we say our electric motor is going to outperform any other electric wagon on the market, we mean it. We should note that although our motor is tested and certified to deliver long-lasting battery performance in both cold and hot weather with a fresh battery from Ryobi, Milwaukee, DeWalt, or Snap-On, your specific battery may not perform as well, depending on its state and age.    

  • Do you offer delivery and setup services for homes or business locations?

    There is no set-up needed with the Electric Wagon as it comes fully assembled. We are proud to offer free shipping in Ohio from our Wauseon, Ohio facility.  

  • Is the wagon delivered fully assembled, or will I need tools to put it together?

    The Electric Wagon comes fully assembled with detachable flip-down sides, a rubber floor mat, and the battery adaptor of your choice. You do not need tools to add the detachable, flip-down sides. If you choose an attachment, you may need a basic screwdriver or Allen key to attach it and secure it to your wagon.  

  • What kind of maintenance is required for long-term use?

    Maintenance on the Electric Wagon is incredibly easy. You do not need anything but water and maybe some dish soap to clean the steel frame, platform, or chassis. We do suggest routinely cleaning it with a hose, as the rust-proof coating can start to break down if dirt and grime work their way into it. For the electric motor, routine cleaning with a hose is best. As well, a monthly inspection of the battery housing to check for wear or damaged prongs will allow you to get ahead of necessary repairs if needed. For the wheels, normal cleaning and occasionally greasing will keep them moving with ease. If you have any questions about maintenance, please don't hesitate to contact our staff, who will be happy to guide you through our preferred process.  

  • Do you offer service plans or support for business customers?

    At the moment, we do not offer service plans for business customers. However, we are happy to provide round-the-clock support for those who are using the Electric Wagon in Ohio and the rest of the country. Our support includes warranty options, troubleshooting and the ability to chat with one of our excellent reps on the phone or via email.  

  • Are bulk discounts available for businesses ordering multiple units?

    We currently do not offer bulk discounts for businesses ordering multiple units. However, we suggest reaching out to our staff to discuss how best to meet your needs, especially if you are ordering a large number of Electric Wagons.  

  • What is your return policy if the wagon doesn’t meet my needs?

    We offer a comprehensive return policy, valid within 30 days of purchase, from both our website and through our retail partners. If there is a mechanical or physical issue, we are happy to provide warranty support as needed.  

  • Do you offer financing options for homeowners or small businesses?

    We currently do not offer financing options for homeowners or small businesses to purchase the Electric Wagon in Ohio. However, this is something that we may expand as we continue to develop the product. Currently, you can purchase our battery-powered wagon directly through our website or via one of our trusted retail partners in and around the Ohio Valley.

We worked with American engineers and have hired a team full of true-blood Americans to design and test our wagon and accessories. In fact, we have spent the time to ensure that our entire supply chain is as American as possible. We utilize US steel and aluminum in our platform, and our electric motor is designed in the United States, incorporating as many US-based components as possible. On the assembly side, we assemble the entire Electric Wagon at our Wauseon, Ohio, facility, utilizing US labor. No cutting corners at Electric Wagon because we are a genuine American company that is proud to manufacture for the US market right here in the heart of the Ohio Valley.
