Wagon Specs

All The Details You Need.

When we designed the Electric Wagon, we knew we wanted to create a heavy-duty utility cart that would exceed the norm of what we saw on Home Depot and local Ace Hardware shelves. We wanted to create a battery-powered cart that would actually be usable for commercial sites, warehouses and even the factory floor. While also being nimble enough for the weekend warriors and soccer parents to use on the weekends.

It took years to develop and test in our Wauseon, Ohio, facility, but the final product is a true revolution in the niche. A battery-powered cart with a heavy-duty frame, steel platform and a chassis that allows it to whip around corners and carry up to 500 pounds. All of that, powered by a 20-volt tool battery from Ryobi, Milwaukee, DeWalt or Greenworks. The Electric Wagon is truly the best electric cart on the market, and we look forward to showing it to you firsthand.

Size & Weight

The Electric Wagon is a beast of a utility cart that can handle everything from concrete mix to dirt and even the entire team's gear for a soccer practice. This powerful cart comes in a small enough package to fit in the back of most SUVs and truck beds.

The Electric Wagon measures 40 inches long and 24 inches wide, which makes a compact cart that can pack a punch. With its detachable sides and wheels, the electric wagon has a height of 20 inches.

While for those who are worried that the cart might be a little too heavy to lift, do not fret. The Electric Cart weighs in at only 35 pounds, which means that most adults can easily lift it in or out of a vehicle.

18-20 Volt Battery Performance

When we designed the Electric Wagon, we designed it to be a battery-powered utility cart that used the standard tool battery, but we were a little unsure about the feasibility early on. So, when we started to test our electric motor, we were absolutely blown away by its ability not to drain these smaller batteries quickly. In fact, with a 12.0 Ah 20-volt battery, you can run the Electric Wagon for approximately 98 minutes without needing to charge. Over an hour and a half of continual operation, and when compared to other like tools or carts, this is a great feature that showcases the efficiency of our drive train and motor. Plus, it works with Ryobi, Milwaukee, DeWalt and even Makita and Craftsman batteries.

Battery Size Distance (Miles) Operating Time (Minutes)
1.5 0.6 12
2.0 0.8 16

5.0 2.0 41
6.0 2.4 49
8.0 3.25 65
12.0 4.9 98

56 Volt Battery Performance

For those who are looking for a little more power and distance for their electric cart, the 56-volt option is the best choice for you. We have tested our electric drive train and motor with these larger batteries, and it delivers. You can enjoy a two-hour-plus operating time with a 5.0 Ah battery, or up to 293 minutes with a 12.0 Ah battery. Whether you are using E-GO, Greenworks, or any other brand, a 56-volt battery on the Electric Wagon will ensure you have plenty of juice for your landscaping project, moving parts around the shop or running inventory on a busy evening shift.

Frequently Asked Questions

Let's get down to business and roll out the answers you're looking for. If we missed a question you really need answered, give our team a call today.

  • What are the best batteries to pair with the Electric Wagon?

There is no one-size-fits-all battery for the Electric Wagon. However, our recreational customers generally prefer the 20-volt tool batteries due to their availability. For our commercial and industrial clients, they often opt for the larger 56-volt battery to give their workers a little extra distance before having to swap out battery units.

  • Do you have any plans for a larger wagon in the future?

We are currently not planning to sell a larger wagon in the near future, but that does not mean that plans cannot change. Several of our larger commercial and industrial clients have already reached out about larger wagons, and our team is actively working through prototypes, but we are still a way away.

  • What is the right-sized tires for the wagon?

The Electric Wagon features standard-sized 7-inch wheels and comes equipped with all-terrain tires designed to handle sand, mud, and grass. If you have specific questions, we can help you find replacement tires at a nearby shop in Toledo, Bowling Green or Adrian.
